Front-end Machine
Mochi dough steaming is the first step of the production line, and the main equipment is the automatic mochi dough steaming machine. The equipment is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, with dual functions of mixing and steaming, and can efficiently handle high-viscosity ingredients including glutinous rice flour and starch. Safe, durable and quiet operation with variable frequency speed regulation and FUJI inverter. The steamed mochi dough is smooth, and has a long shelf life. It is suitable for a variety of products such as mochi ice cream and mochi mousse.
mid-section Machine
The mid-section process includes mochi forming and quick blast freezing. Through the improved feeding system, a variety of mochi products are produced efficiently, such as matcha mochi, peanut mochi and so on. After filling forming process, the products go through the tunnel freezer for quick freezing at temperature as low as -42℃, to ensure product taste and quality. The refrigerator adopts spiral technology, with durable spiral chain making , scientific tension design, reasonable rotation radius and height ratio, as well as fast cold air circulation, greatly reduces the freezing time, which is suitable for mass production.
Back-end Machines
The back-end process is completed by a fully automatic packaging machine, including pillow packing and tray sealing packaging ways for options. The packaging machine adopts servo control to support the packaging of various specifications of mochi products, and the packaging speed can reach 20-160 bags/min. Either direct packing or packing with plastic trays, both ways ensure high-end packaging effect, suitable for mochi ice cream, mochi mousse and so on. The packaging process is fully automatic to ensure efficiency, hygiene and meet different market needs.
